Prenatal Yoga

Come celebrate your pregnancy and connect with other mamas in this ongoing yoga class. Together we will learn and practice postures and techniques that will help you enjoy a more comfortable pregnancy and birthing experience. These easy, restorative, and replenishing postures and breathwork will help prepare you for the wonder of your baby's birth.

Six Week Introduction to Yoga Series

Are you totally new to the practice of yoga?  Do you want to learn the correct way to get in & out of postures?  This class is for you!  This 6 week class will introduce you to the fundementals of a solid yoga practice including breath awareness & breath control (pranayama), postures (asanas) and relaxation/meditation (dhyana).  This class will move at a slow steady pace to give students time to understand each section covered.

The next series will begin on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 1:00 - 2:30 pm.  Students must pre-register by calling 564-YOGA.  The cost is $80 which includes the 6 classes, 1 free mat & 2 weeks unlimited free classes.
